Refund Policy — Digital Products

Survival Starter is a brand operated by Aurex Solutions FZ-LLC, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.

All our products are digital and are delivered instantly by email after purchase. Because digital files cannot be returned once accessed, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded.

Right of withdrawal (EU/UK customers)
By completing your purchase, you request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download has started.

When we will issue a refund
We will gladly issue a full refund or a replacement if:
- You did not receive your download link within 24 hours and our support team cannot resolve the issue;
- The file is damaged, corrupted or cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a working copy;
- You were charged twice for the same order.

How to request help
Email us at startersurvival@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase, including your order number and a short description of the issue. We reply within 48 hours.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

Your satisfaction matters to us. If something is not right, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank: we will do our best to solve it quickly.
